OUR PROCESS & TIMELINE
At No13 Interior Design, we believe that the process of designing a space should be enjoyable and inspiring. We take our clients on a journey, working closely with them to create a unique and individual space that is tailored to their needs and lifestyle. Our team of experienced professionals work with each client to bring their vision to life, offering advice and guidance throughout the entire process.
QUESTIONNAIRE & INVESTMENT
Right let’s get things going, this is where we get started on your project, firstly we need the project questionnaire filled out to get started. You can find this in our welcome email, if you have any images or Pinterest boards please do share them. Then we need the Investment invoice settled before the consultation.
Your first step to getting your project the right start. This is a one-to-one meeting to find out the scope of your project. We also see which of our service packages is the best to suit you.
YOUR PROPOSAL & ADVICE
This is when you receive all the valuable info that we have discussed in our consultation, its all typed out with the actionable points and recommendations. You will also get a mini mood board with some inspirational images and a proposal with the design investments.
This is where the design work starts and we get to work on the brief, this may include more site meetings for floor plans, and we will get started and create a scheme for the brief. We will present a mood board and a sample board of the design, this is where you will give us your feedback and thoughts. If any revisions are necessary there will be a follow-up presentation where we agree on the final design.
PROCUREMENT & INSTALLATIONS
Once the design is finalised, we start the procurement process of the new furnishings, fixtures, and fittings. Any building works will now get started and the contractors will undertake any works agreed. This is also when the second invoice will be sent and any installations are completed.
Its time to celebrate and enjoy all your hard work, any snagging will be done now and the final invoiced will be sent.
What if I don’t like the designs?That’s ok, don’t worry! Included in all our packages you get 2 full amendments; to make sure we get it right we will go through the questionnaire again and see if there is anything we have missed or anything we need to look at in more depth.
How long will it all take?This really depends on the scale of the project and if you are having building works done. When its just furniture and fittings it can take anywhere between 4 -12 weeks depending on furniture delivery dates and sourcing items from abroad.
Where do you find your inspiration?I love to travel and I get a lot of inspiration from this, it could be the architecture of European cities or the sea and the natural elements around a coastline. There is beauty in everything, we just have to be open to receive it.
What areas do you cover?We are based in Oxfordshire, but we travel worldwide for projects
How much does it cost?Our projects start with a consultation fee and this is £300. We then figure out together how much input you need for your project. Generally starting from £1500.
